What is Ashford Mobile?
Ashford Mobile is a way to provide an on-the-go means to stay connected to your online classroom. This is an application that can be downloaded to your mobile device. You'll get on-the-go access to discussion boards, announcements, and grades in your classroom. Other features include the ability to contact your advisor, faculty members, and support.

What are the minimum technology requirements in order to use the Ashford Mobile application?

How do I log in to Ashford Mobile?

From your mobile device, touch on the downloaded application, type in your username and password and touch the Login button.
Android

What if I forgot my password?
iPhone
Your password is the same as the username and password as your Student Portal. If you forgot your password, touch on the "Forgot Password" link from your login screen. To reset your password, you'll need to enter the following information into the reset password page. If you need help resetting your password, touch on the "Support" button for personal help.
A valid password must have both upper- and lowercase characters, include numbers, be at least 8 characters long, and be no longer than 28 characters. Your password cannot contain your Student ID.

How do I view my course schedule?

Once you successfully log in, your Current course will be listed for you. If you want to review past or future courses, touch the buttons labeled "Past" or "Future."

How do I contact my Advisor, Instructor or the Help Desk?
iPhone
To contact an Advisor, Instructor, or Support, touch the "Contacts" button at the bottom of your application.
To contact one of your Advisors, touch the name of the person you would like to contact. You will get an option to call or email that Advisor.
To contact your Instructor, touch the name of the faculty member you would like to contact. You will get an option to email your Instructor.
To contact Support, touch the phone number and you'll be put in contact with a support personnel.
There is also an FAQ section that lists "Frequently Asked Questions."

To post a discussion thread, go to your current running courses and touch the course in which you want to add a discussion post. Touch the "Discussions" button, touch "Reply to Post," and the keyboard will pop up for you to type in your discussion post. Once you have completed or want to cancel your discussion post, touch "Submit" or "Cancel," both located at the top of your application.
To view the discussion question, touch the arrow symbol and you will be able to view the question.

To view My Profile, touch the "My Profile" button at the bottom of the application. Here you can view your major, excepted graduation date, GPA and required, completed and scheduled credits.
