Hire A Champ is Ashford University’s employer campaign to introduce employers around the United States to Ashford University’s diverse talent pool of experienced graduates.

As an employer, Ashford University recognizes that you have options for recruiting talent, and that finding ready-to-work talent is one of the most important decisions organizations have to make. The added value of recruiting Ashford graduates is their work ethic, determination, diversity and wide variety of experience that they bring as non-traditional adult learners. In addition, Ashford graduates are located across the United States, eliminating geographical challenges faced when recruiting at traditional campuses where graduates may not wish to relocate.

About Champ
Champ, a big wooly Saint Bernard, is the mascot of the Ashford University athletics department. Throughout the year, you can find Champ roaming the stands at Ashford Saints home events and touring around the community.
